About Crisol Global Marketing Services
Global marketing for companies that have more than one market to think about. Crisol is a global marketing team specialising in SEO, content, international growth and AI. We work with companies that need senior marketing expertise without building every capability in-house.

Who we are
Crisol sits somewhere between a consultancy, an agency and an extension of your own marketing team. You can bring us in for a specific piece of work, such as an SEO strategy or an AI search audit, or have us work alongside your team on an ongoing basis.
The people advising you are the people doing the work. We get to know your business properly, work inside the tools you already use and stay close enough to your team that you don’t have to explain the same things every month.
Our work spans SEO, content, social media, AI search, marketing consultancy, AI workflow architecture and international marketing. And because Crisol started life as a multilingual business, working across countries and languages is something we’ve been doing since 2016.
A better way to do business
Crisol has always been built around the idea that you can run a good business without treating people badly in the process. That mattered when we were four translators working together in 2016, and it still matters now that the work we do has expanded far beyond translation.
We pay specialists properly, credit expertise where it belongs and build long-term working relationships with the people behind the work.
Mission: Our mission is to help companies make better marketing decisions across markets, using the right mix of human expertise, data and technology for the job. We also want the specialists doing that work to be treated as specialists. Fair pay, transparency and proper recognition have been part of Crisol since the beginning.
Vision: We want to build the kind of global marketing company we would hire ourselves – small enough to know who is working on your account, experienced enough to challenge a brief when it needs challenging, and curious enough to keep changing how we work as search, marketing and technology change around us.

Four co-founders, translating together since 2016
Crisol started in 2016 with four freelance Spanish translators who kept getting asked to work on the same projects. Eventually we formalised what was already happening and built a company around it.
Then the work started changing. Translation clients asked us for keyword research. SEO projects turned into content projects. Content work led to broader marketing consultancy. We started working directly with marketing teams on strategy, analytics and search.
More recently, that has expanded into AI search and designing AI workflows for marketing teams.
So the name Crisol Translation Services eventually stopped describing the company particularly well. At the end of 2026, we rebranded Crisol Translation Services as Crisol Global Marketing Services to reflect how much our work had changed since the company was founded in 2016.
The original four co-founders are still here, and the principle behind the company hasn’t changed much: bring together people who are unusually good at what they do, let clients work directly with them, and build the team around the work rather than forcing the work through a standard agency structure.

Who we work with and how
Our clients are in SaaS (fintech, martech, climatech), travel, hospitality, food and beverage.
Most already have a marketing team and come to us when they need specialist knowledge, international experience or extra capacity. That might mean bringing María in to build an SEO strategy, handing us a content programme, figuring out what AI search means for their business, or designing AI workflows around time-consuming marketing work.
We also help companies whose marketing needs to work across several countries and languages, drawing on the multilingual expertise Crisol was originally built around.
You can work with one specialist or bring in a wider Crisol team, either for a specific project or as an ongoing extension of your marketing function.
For companies that care who is doing the work
We don’t build teams around whoever happens to have capacity that week.
If you hire someone because of their expertise, that is the person you work with.
That matters to us because marketing has become unusually easy to produce and unusually difficult to do well.
AI can generate a month’s worth of content before lunch. It can also generate a month’s worth of content nobody particularly wants to read.
Search is changing quickly, audiences are getting better at recognising generic content, and international marketing still has all the complications it had before AI arrived.
We work with companies that want experienced people making the decisions behind the output.
Core company values
These are the values that act as the guiding force behind every aspect of our work:
Integrity
We’re straightforward about what we can do, what we recommend and what we think is worth your budget. If we think you don’t need a service, we’ll tell you. The same applies when we disagree with a brief or see a better way of doing something.
That approach extends to how we use AI. We’re transparent about where and how it fits into our work, and we don’t use it simply because we can.
Excellence
We care deeply about the quality of everything we put our name to. “Good enough” has never been our standard, whether the work is written by a person, produced with the help of AI or built around an automated workflow.
We use technology where it makes sense, but the standard stays the same: the finished work should be excellent. We review, question and refine until it is.
Collaboration
We work closely with our clients and with each other. You’ll know who is doing your work, you can speak to them directly, and they’ll get to know your business over time.
We also don’t pretend every project needs the whole Crisol team. Sometimes you need one specialist. Sometimes the work crosses several disciplines and we bring the right people together around it.
Advocacy
Fairness has been part of Crisol since we started. We believe specialists should be paid properly, credited for their expertise and treated as people rather than interchangeable resources.
As AI changes how marketing and localisation work, that principle matters even more to us. We use technology to support good work and make processes better while recognising the value of the people whose knowledge makes that work possible.
